Platypus Home Return Policy 

We Work to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with you purchase due to defects and damages, we’ll be happy to return the product with 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Otherwise, online floral purchases are FINAL SALE. 

Items that are intended to be a gift will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

 In the unlikely event your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to replace or refund your item. Proof of damage will be required. A shipping label will be provided to you once we are notified.

To make a return:

• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

To return a product, please contact us so we can send you a prepaid return label. You may also return to our store at 89 Newman Springs Rd. East, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702.
