After a successful 25+ year career in television production operations, working behind the scenes for networks like HGTV, Food Network and TLC, Kate decided to change course and follow her lifelong passion for design and decorating. She received her certification in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art & Design in 2023. As Director of Operations at Platypus Home, Kate has found the opportunity to blend her experience in operations and logistics with her love of interior design.
