Inspired Living, LLC. (Platypus Home) — Text Messaging Program

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Platypus Home text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Inspired Living, LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
1. Program Description
The Program sends recurring marketing text messages, which may include promotional offers and sales and restock/back-in-stock alerts, to subscribers who have opted in.
2. How to Opt In (Consent)
You can join the Program by:
Submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form or pop-up on www.platypushome.com;
Texting our keyword Platypus to [SMS phone number / short code]; or
Providing your mobile number and consent in store or verbally.
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the account holder of, or have authorization to use, the mobile number provided. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. By opting in, you can expect to receive up to [X] messages per month. We may adjust frequency based on promotions and product availability.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to each message sent or received, according to your plan. We are not responsible for any such charges. Please contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
5. Opting Out (Cancellation)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts. If you want to rejoin later, simply sign up again as described above.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control.
8. Privacy
The mobile information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent will be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your information only with the service providers (such as our SMS platform, Mailchimp) needed to operate and measure the Program on our behalf.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
